1) Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Information you provide: account information (name, username, email), customer support messages, and the product/routine logs you create (including photos and notes).
Information collected automatically: device information, app usage statistics, crash reports and performance logs, and location (precise or approximate) only when you grant permission.
Cookies & similar technologies: if embedded web content is used (such as web-based login), cookies/local storage (and possibly web beacons) may be used for login, preferences, fraud prevention, and reliability.

Provide & maintain the App and its core features.
Personalize your experience and organize your skincare archive.
Improve reliability and product quality (analytics, troubleshooting, feature development).
Security and integrity (fraud/abuse prevention).
Customer support and communications.
Legal compliance and enforcement of our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

3) Photos, Face Data, and Sensitive Processing

No face recognition / biometrics: we do not perform face recognition or biometric identification, and we do not create biometric templates from your photos.
Default local storage: photos may be stored on your device by default, depending on your settings and how you use the App.
One-time upload processing (if you choose): if you use a feature that requires uploading a photo or text to our servers for one-time processing (e.g., generating or pre-filling a product entry), the content is processed on our own servers, is not shared with any third party, is not used for advertising/marketing, and is not used to train models. We delete the uploaded content as soon as reasonably possible after processing completes.
Your control: you decide whether to upload content for such processing and can remove content you have stored.

We share information only as needed and as permitted by law:

With your consent.
With service providers (processors) bound by contractual obligations, only for operating and improving the App and only on our instructions.
For legal reasons (compliance, lawful requests) and to protect rights and safety.

We apply a minimum necessary approach to sharing.

5) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

6) Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption (where appropriate), access controls, regular reviews, and backups. No system is 100% secure.

7) Data Retention

Account data: retained for the life of your account.
After deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (unless retention is required for legal/security reasons).
Usage/analytics: retained up to 12 months.
Support: retained up to 6 months.

8) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Email us to request: sqrhlisr911734@outlook.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

9) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.

10) Changes

We may update this Policy. We will provide notice of material changes within the App or by other appropriate means. The effective date above reflects the latest update.
